And Leonard’s sister? Lisa. [Even if Leonard’s departure is only temporary, Rip knows she won’t take the news well. Certainly no better than he expects Mick to.]

[The pair of them seem to have everything well in hand, at least in terms of what they can do to verify that Leonard is no longer in Wonderland. As for how they will handle that truth, particularly Mick and Lisa--

I'll keep an eye out here in case he suddenly shows back up. [Rip knows it won't happen, but he needs to do something. Much the same as Ray does, he suspects.]
